I haven#39;t played multiplayer on anything besides dissidia 012 on ppsspp, but the method we use makes it basically flawless. So we use a program called Zero Tier One to get an ip to connect to each other, then use something called AdHoc server to run said server so we can actually play with each other.. 3 Open the PPSSPP Emulator For android: go to settings -gt; Networking -gt; and now you enable: Enable networking/WLAN beta, may break games.
